HAROLD L. SATZ, JUDGE Defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of felonious restraint, § 565.120 RSMo 1986, and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of six months imprisonment on the felonious restraint counts, and two consecutive terms of three years imprisonment on the armed criminal action counts, the former to run concurrently with the latter. Defendant filed a motion for post conviction relief under Rule 29.15 which was denied without a hearing. Defendant appeals directly from the sentences imposed against him and from the denial of the post conviction motion. We affirm.
